These are the primary questions and comments I hear from clients and colleagues looking for support in their business. They know they need to improve or implement a marketing strategy. They know copywriting and content are vital. They feel like they don’t have time for this aspect of their business — and rightfully so. They don’t know where to start, but they know they’re not reaching everyone they could, and they’re leaving money on the table. It’s a major roadblock to their growth. This is where I can help.
Sometimes in our own business, it’s hard to see the forest from the trees. OR, we can see the darn forest, but we don’t have time to roll our own sleeves up and get our hands dirty.
When I connect with a business owner to discuss their need to get their message out, to connect with clients, to launch a product, service or event, etc., I get really excited. I LOVE this space, this need, this conversation between business and RLHB (Real Live Human Beings). This need feels most natural and essential, and this is where my brain thrives.

Effective conversion copywriting married with smart marketing strategies connect humans to humans. Both can be prioritized, married in holy matrimony with beautiful bouquets of flowers, a delicious cake and champagne and a photo booth to celebrate.
This is where I come in. With research, data, creativity and thoughtfulness, I create custom content with conversion and strategy in mind so that businesses can connect with their ideal clients, generate traffic, build a legit community and grow sales.
I got my first taste of this in the belly of the Silicon Valley where I was the #3 employee at a start-up. There, I saw all of the moving parts of a business, and, while working with some of the sharpest engineers, marketers and sales masters. Within PR and Marketing, we built campaign after campaign, program after program, testing each out, seeing what resonating — building a business.
At Apple, I worked on the CMS side of email marketing, and later, I took on the role of an iTunes email producer, writer and editor. I wrote, built, tested and analyzed targeted marketing emails spanning music, apps & games, movies, books, etc. — sent all over the world for millions of iTunes users. At iTunes (and Apple) I was surrounded by the most creative and talented writers, designers and passionate fans of music and entertainment. I learned so much, and I loved it.
Today, I offer what I’ve learned from over nearly two decades of work to others — entrepreneurs, small biz owners, photographers, artists, chefs, online news outlets, acne experts, realtors and others — so that they can effectively connect with their customers and grow their businesses.
